She tells you, calmly, and suggests a cleaner option. You decide. She does not move anything without you.

What does it do when two meetings clash?
Tells you, once, plainly — which two, how much they overlap, and two cleaner alternatives. Then it defers to you. It does not move anything and it does not raise it again unless something changes.
Does it need access to my personal calendar too?
Only if you want the full picture. Most double-bookings happen between work and personal, so it usually helps — but it is your choice, and it can run on the work calendar alone.
Can it decline meetings for me?
No. It can tell you a meeting does not require your attendance, and it will. Sending the decline stays with you.
What does meeting prep actually look like?
A short note before the meeting: who is attending, what was agreed last time, what is still outstanding, and what this meeting needs to produce. Enough to walk in ready without reading a history.
