Every morning, Pheme reads what happened in your business overnight — new enquiries, bookings, jobs waiting, money owed, what is on your diary. Then she writes you one short page: here is what happened, here is what needs you today. That is all she does. She does not send anything, change anything, or make decisions for you. She just makes sure nothing important reaches you late.
What it does

What would my morning brief actually look like?
One page, on your phone, before you start. Top section: the things that need a decision from you today. Below that: what came in overnight, what is booked, what is waiting, what is owed. No charts, no dashboard to log into. If nothing needs you, it says that too.
Where does it get the information from?
From the systems you already use — your enquiry forms, your calendar, your invoicing, your job list. We connect it to what exists. You do not move to a new system to use it.
What if I do not read it one day?
Nothing breaks. The brief is a summary, not a queue. Anything still outstanding appears again the next morning, and if something has been sitting too long it gets flagged rather than quietly repeated.
Can it tell me what to do, or just what happened?
It tells you what happened and what needs a decision, and it will say plainly when something looks stuck. It will not make the decision or act on it. That line is deliberate.
