20Zero4 (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 2026/304880/07) is committed to giving individuals control over their personal information, in line with our POPIA Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your personal information, including data collected through our WhatsApp Business messaging channel and any other 20Zero4 service.

How to Request Deletion

To request that we delete your personal information, please email us at deletion@20zero4.com with:

  1. Your full name
  2. The phone number or email address associated with your interaction with us
  3. A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your personal information

We may need to verify your identity before actioning a deletion request, to prevent unauthorised deletion of another person’s data.

What Happens Next

Once we have verified your request, we will delete your personal information from our active systems as soon as reasonably practicable, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain it — for example, financial records we must keep for tax or regulatory compliance, or information needed to resolve an existing dispute. Where full deletion is not immediately possible (such as in encrypted backups), we will restrict further use of the data until it is removed through our normal backup cycle.

Deleting Your Data via WhatsApp

You can also stop receiving messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp conversation with 20Zero4, or by blocking our WhatsApp Business number directly within WhatsApp.
